Secondary Weapons with "Reload From Empty" and "Partial Reload" Stats

I've noticed that every single secondary now has new "Reload From Empty" and "Partial Reload" as well as a "Radial Attack" even for weapons that don't have any. I thought maybe these were referring to the new Catabolyst weapon, since it has a reload attack mechanic with a radial attack. Can anyone confirm this is happening?

A bit late reply but....yep, Sept 2021 and its still ongoing with no fix.

2023 is also having this issue reappear.

Can Confirm for August 2023. Switching my loadout or frame fixed it for me. Not entirely sure the full sequence of events that took to clear it.
