Double Cursor/Loss of Mouse Movement

So recently, I have been experiencing an issue ingame where sometimes the windows cursor will appear alongside the ingame cursor. The windows cursor will usually appear misaligned. I have also noticed that upon launching the game (in fullscreen mode, not borderless), my ingame cursor defaults to/snaps to the top left corner. I'm speculating that due to these issues, it is causing my mouse movement to cut out randomly ingame, possible due to the misalignment. To be honest, I am unsure.

It is also probably important to bring up that this has also happened in other games such as Dying Light and Osu! so it may not be Warframe's problem specifically. It is also probably not a hardware issue because I get the same symptoms with a different mouse. Nothing has changed recently that I think could have caused this.

I have already reinstalled my mouse drivers/firmware along with the AMD Radeon software. I have also tried reinstalling the game and verifying/optimizing from the launcher options.

I am running Windows 10 Home and my mouse is the Glorious Model O.

I have had the same problem I can not find anything to fix this Please someone post how to fix this
