Can't choose emotes?

Hi!

I just unlocked the wolf salute from night wave, so I figured I'd put it on my emote wheel.

Right clicking from the gear wheel picker in the arsenal does nothing now.

Edit: On someone's advice, I tried tab... tab works, right click still doesn't.
