glitch on earth's day/night cycle

I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this… The day/night cycle on earth isn’t working right on most of earth's nodes. Cetus and the plains of eidolon are fine, but every other node I have tried are stuck in perpetual night or at least the plants are. The only reason I noticed is that I am trying to do the silver grove. I have tried both public and solo just in case that was causing the glitch, and i have tried it on and off for three days now just in case it was bad timing on my part...

It has only been confirmed by my three dojo mates (I thought it might just be a quest bug) but they are having the same trouble as me even though one of them has already competed the quest.

Has any one else noticed this???

just in order to be sure: are you aware that poe day/night cycle isn't equal to earth day/night cycle? For usual missions day/night changes once per 4 hours.
yes, i consider this counterintuitive, but that's how it works.
