HOWL OF THE KUBROW STUCK

My quest says "Incubate and mature a kubrow using the incubator". However I already own a fully grown Kubrow and I cant get the collar cause I cant complete the quest. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Was the quest the active one when you matured your kubrow. If not that's your issue and you'll have to breed another.

Any quest that requires you to do something like that, e.g. build a frame part, needs to be active at the moment you do that bit.

If it was the active quest then you will need to raise a support ticket.

Nope it was not active. However I found a solution:
_________________________________________________________________

1)Activate the Howl of the Kubrow quest.
2)Put your kubrow in stasis.
3)Restore kubrow from stasis and log out at least a min before restoration is complete.
4)Log in once again and Lotus will talk to you about your full grown kubrow and what should you do next (try doing it asap, cause it might happen again).

I also had this problem but when i finished imprinting the kubrow with the quest active again and claimed the imprint it moved to the next stage.
