Chroma's Vex Armor has been bugged

I tested it myself in a low-level Earth mission.
My Daikyu's damage is unaffected by my Vex, but my Talons do around 5,000 without the buff, 0 damage when at 189%, and up to 120,000 at 519%

This is madness.
