Burston Prime

I just got the Burston Prime and its a big let down for me.

But since i spend 10 cells on it i better rank it.

But how do i mod this weapon?
Because now the stock pistol seems more powerfull.

Got a catalyst? Have it forma'd? Did you even level it to 30?

Most weapons in the game don't shine if they don't have the mod slots. If you only have 30 total slots and no polarities, then you won't get much from the weapon. I just built mine, though I haven't modded or used it yet. I'd mod it with damage almost completely. Throw serration and split chamber, some elementals... at or higher than 20% status/crit? then build for that too.

After using a forma on it and catalyst it showed its true colors.

When you get it its bad, no denying that.
But its a pretty good weapon.

Some weapons are like that, just needs some help to make em worth it.

Also get the syndicate mod for Burston prime called Gilded Truth (From Hexis) ,eats only 7 point s and at some great part of the game it will wreck everything around you (also heals you for 25% hp each time it procs) , also +80% fire rate, you WON´T regret the mod. If you don´t have access to it you can´t buy it from someone else for few plat /prime parts or mods.

And for modding , the classic
Serration
Split Chamber
Heavy Caliber - (normally i wouldn´t put it in but since you don´t aim for crit chance on this weapon there it nothing else what you can stick up instead this and expect to be better)
Gilded Truth - (^ yeah the mod above)

Then I have
Shred
Thermite Rounds - (have to change this to High Voltage to get Corrosive , but I am still waiting for the trader to get it to me ! )
Malignant Force
Wildfire - (great cause it makes your magazine from 45 to 54 bullets and that ensures that every burst you fire will have 3 bullets)

I would recommend you going for malignant force (easy to get ,drops from corrupted vor almost all the time) and convulsion - pure lightning mod , not hard to get

Potatoed and 3x V formed. It´s not a WOW WTF weapon but sure an OK one ,personaly my 3rd favourite after Latron and Soma from the prime primaries

But still that is my style of playing with this weapon, hope this helps
