Noob question: How to use consumables?

I have googled it but it does not show how to use it.
I have them assigned into some slot in the arsenal but I dont know how to activate while in battle.

After equipping them in the arsenal, during a mission, you can either press and hold Q to bring up a menu to click on, or press the hotkey to use them. I don't remember what the default hotkeys were, so you'll have to check them in-game. (Gear slot 1 is at the top of the circle, counting clockwise for the rest)

Default hotkeys are actually empty, so in order to quickly use consumables you will be required to bind them, OP. I, for example, set them as F1-4.
