And, yet here we are... you've provided zero constructive solutions onto what I've said before. Thanks, for that... smarmy nothing.
Again, if you don't have anything constructive to add into solving the issue then please restrain yourself from acting like an wisea**e.
and instead of taking everything as a personal attack, try actually reading
I lowered even more my already below 1/2 mouse sensitivity and no matter which disk I shatter down 1st after that those seem to be unbreakable. And thus, I'm still pondering of the quest might actually be bugged at the present time.
And I do try to read instead of taking anything as a personal attack. It was you 1st post in this thread with that astounding "... kinda feel like that would be obvious but here we are" that sounded so freaking pedantic that made me start reacting that way. And in the course of your participation upon this very thread it only seemed to slightly diminuish until that last post of yours.
Every time that beam of hers hits it's also a fight against my aim being hijacked and a seemingly specific tiny open window where the deflected beam isn't being blocked by hers.
And no it's not that I can't aim nor see the rings, just that the reflected beam itself isn't even able to reach it in the first place
Honestly probably mostly just needed to vent frustration after being stuck there for awhile.
I think it ended up helping too cause the beam started to properly work again for me shortly after and I was able to take care of the last three I was stuck on.
From my experience after the first lens is broken a bubble of invisible collision forms around the player stopping the outgoing beam. It has tiny cracks in it and you sort of just have to get lucky with really specific angles. Putting significant distance (like the entire arena) between yourself and Lotus can make it easier for your beam to slip through the cracks.
