Help with Mastery 11 test

I started playing back in 2014...me and my wife created our own clan and played regularly..then we both got sick...[cancer]. and stopped playing. I lost her on 12-25-2022 , but i am still here fighting. I got back into Warframe just recently to pass the time and keep myself busy. I have watched videos and tried multiple different frames to do the test, but I geuss im just not that good anymore...I dont know how anyone can help me with this, but if anyone has any ideas, please reply.
