All warframes possess movement capabilities that will allow you to quickly navigate through mission maps once mastered. If you're looking for something a little extra, try building a Wukong for his cloud walker ability.
titania has dual pistols that are powerful machine guns and can clear stuff easily. you have to mod them up like normal weapons. so that is her main play, flying machine gun. Some button (unsure what on which controls, may be sprint or the like) flies even faster! Other frames with speedups like volt can whiz thru levels fast. Nexha has one, the fire trailing one is speed too.
BTW arch launcher in open world is nice but you can pop instantly to waypoints from the map, so its overrated a little. People talking like its the only way to get around... its good, but its not the only tool in your box. Where I find archwing useful most often is railjack. I use it a little in open world too, depends on what you are doing and which world.
Alternatively, Rhino's iron skin can protect you despite the key debuffs if you want to just brute force your way through.
