Where to farm Crushing Ruin and Defiled Snapdragon?

Well Crushing Ruin drops from all types of grineer seekers, they guys that toss down thoes tiny balls that try to latch onto you an blow up and defiled snapdragon drops from grineer Scorpions, the female grineer that try to knock you down and drag you too them. As a side not Defiled Snapdragon only drops from the normal Scorpions not the special ones on Uranus.

As for where the best place to farm them would be Draco if you have a good team other than that a survival defense, or excivation mission might be good considering how many enemies spawn during thoes types of missions.
