Melee Influence?

I've been running the Assassination Bounty trying to get the Melee Influence Arcane. I've managed to get all the others, but not it. It does drop from this boss right? It's insane that I've been running it for 2 days and not a single drop. I've managed to rank some of the others up to rank 2 or 3 from the number I've gotten.

it certainly does drop. you can also hunt down the Book to fight the extra side boss who also drops an arcane
And if you find the Voca too, you can turn those in for standing and buy the arcanes from Bird 3

Yeah I think I'm only rank 2 (almost 3) with the Cavia, so I can't just outright buy it. I would if I could.

Then just keep hunting for the voca and book mini-boss. You'll get there eventually! You'll also end up with "way too many" of them by the time you get to the point you're farming Netracells and Deep Archimedea
