New to the game, need frame/weapon advice!

Just started playing and i kinda just want to flat out buy a few weapons and a warframe but WHOA... SO MANY OPTIONS! I played years ago but its a whole different game now!

Starting with a warframe, i just need to know what some of the better options are, id prefer a female character (most of the male characters are too big or weird af) as for play style anything tanky or high DPS fits me best, great with anything close too medium range. Started with Excalibur and he's cool, butttt then i looked in the store and nearly everyone has twice the amount of health and shield as him.

Also need to know what some of the better weapons are as well, in every game i have a keen sense for landing precision hits so anything with high accuracy is a welcome suggestion, i starting with the bow/kunai which are amazing, its been nothing but weak points hits for me.

Excited to get back into Warframe again, any help is appreciated! I don't need guides or anything since i saved a bunch of popular ones for farming and stuff like that. BUT if you've got an up to date guide that shows frame and weapon ranks that'd be helpful!
