The deimos open world has Bounties down into the "vaults". The Arcana vaults are the 2nd level of each of those. You might need to look up how exactly to enter them as I have not bothered to finish those farms yet. What I don't remember is if the bounties to enter the Arcana vaults can be taken directly or if you have to complete the upper layer 1st and then take a second bounty from one of the Mother stations on the surface.

It's a 2nd part of the said quest (after being able to enter and managing to lower the infestation levels while surviving at the same time) in which some times you need to follow Loid into that vault's entrance, but quite sadly you also must be quick following it because many times I fell behind to kill the infested and thus allowing Loid to surivive but it never waited for me and thus I lost the way into its entrance (and that's upon tier 2 vaults).

And upon the 3rd tier you can find the more ominous entrance on your own and simply memorize the Requiem's Parazon mod's symbols[warframe.fandom.com] pattern to introduce in it afterwards your 1st failed attempt to gain access into the said Iso' Vault[warframe.fandom.com].

As for the 1st tier of Vaults in there, I've never managed to find the entrance after defeating the single NecraMech[warframe.fandom.com], evne if I kept suceeding in vanquishing hte on-following Infested hordes clumped with Eximus units within those said waves. So, I assumed that it was bugged somehow as it did similar to me when once the Esophage instant to the surface extraction point bugged out and forced me to fend the way off reverselly as I did to entering the place.
