When you unveil primary riven, it will be for primary weapon, but in the name its written what weapon. For example Strun Critatata is for Strun weapon.
Once you have the riven with a NAME and STATS, you then need to acquire a copy of ANY VERSION of that weapon. At that point the riven will appear in the modding screen for that weapon in your arsenal.
But for the sake of trying to help, let's go through some things about riven mods that you might not know since this is your first one.
Rivens appear in 3 different states, that is unrevealed, veiled, and unveiled.
I call it unrevealed, but that's basically the state it's initially in, that is it doesn't say anything really except that it's for primary, secondary, melee, kitgun, etc.
Going into the upgrade section of your arsenal for the correct type will show the unrevealed riven in the very last spots to the far right of your mods. Attempting to equip the riven will ask if you're sure, then put it into a veiled state.
Veiled rivens show their challenge, which you must complete to unveil it. The challenge is very specific about its rules and anything not in the rules works. You don't need to actually use the weapon the riven is on to complete the challenge, or any weapon for that matter, it just needs to be done. There are additional modifiers that might be part of the challenge, like Complete a level 30 or higher Defense mission SOLO without the defense target taking any damage and without using energy consumables. The base challenge is the defense mission with the target taking no damage (this includes shield and health damage), while having to do it solo, or not being able to use energy consumables is the extra part that might be tacked on.
Once the challenge is completed the weapon is revealed, along with the riven polarity and MR lock. Rivens are for specific weapons, not weapon types. An unveiled riven will only be for one specific weapon or weapon "family", i.e. a Kuva Bramma riven is only for Kuva Bramma, but a Hek riven will work on Hek, Vaykor Hek, and Kuva Hek. Note that the stats will change on the riven depending on which version of the weapon it's equipped on which is an effect of the riven disposition, meaning that the more popular a weapon the lower the stats of its rivens.
If you have indeed completed the challenge and gotten the riven into its unveiled state, then you won't find it in your arsenal if you don't have the specific weapon that it can go on. It will only show up in your mod station and in the upgrade section of a weapon that it can be equipped on.
With all that explained you might be able to understand why what you've said doesn't make much sense unless there's a bug involved, or you're not accurate with the information provided.
And you cannot use that railjack mod, because its Battle mod and Im 100% sure you try to place that in Intergrated.
I doubt it.
Oh, now you deleted the screenshots?

As for the name of the weapon: being in the same place as the usual name for is not helpful to figure out which weapon, especially when one doesn't have that many weapons and so never heard of the specific one.
The wiki, while being comprehensive, fails to state that the weapon required is in the name. So, while unveiled RIFLE RIVEN MOD may inform the new user that the mod is for rifle, given that there is no indication of RIFLE after being unveiled, one can easily be mislead into believing that the mod would be available for general rifle use.
