There is no fast way, the chance for it to drop as reward from surv is like 5% every 20mins, so it depends on your luck. The best way to farm it in my opinion is the parkour rooms in T1 and T2 void, ext and capture (just check youtube if you don't know parkour rooms). You'll propably have to solo it as most people don't bother looking for parkour rooms. It may take a while but you'll get other usefull mods in the process, things like flow, intensify, continuity, multishot mods, elemental mods...
