Any luck with farming Cleaving Whirlwind or Tempo Royale?

I've been farming Isolator bursas from lvl 19 all the way to 100 to get Tempo Royale. And nothing
Got tired of that and tried to get Cleaving Whirlind by farming Ancient dissruptors and luna spy missions. Still nothing.
Do you guys have one of them? Then how did you get them?
Is there an easy way to farm for one of them, is there a farming trick?

All is RNG though. The easy way out is to buy it from another player.
I got Tempo Royale from event, and Cleaving Whirlwind from random drop. Tempo Royale once is available from Baro. Just hope he'll bring it on his next visit then.

Can't stress this enough. If the farming RNG is getting you down, try to get enough plats together to just buy what you need

Got several cleaving whirlwind stances from moon spy missions while trying to learn them, so I guess it has pretty decent chance to drop if you get all info during each run.
