Can't lure animals with echo-lure

Hi, I've been trying to lure pobbers in the Vallis with the echo-lure, aligning the glowing mark thing with the arrows, and I still haven't gotten any of them even though I tried positioning the glow with the arrows perfectly. I've tried using the lure countless of times and still neither the animal or Bizz reacted.

Help pls

Are you making sure you hold down the mouse button until it stops on its own? If you release early it doesn't count.

yeah, I've been holding it down but it still didn't work

Well besides making sure you're standing on top of the... thing? Where the footprints lead basically, there's not much I can tell you.. And using the right lure.

It's alright. I asked some people and it turned out that I still have to hold down the button for some time til the animal responds. Honestly thought I was bugged. Thanks for helping, though! Have a nice day :)
