Harrow Prime Farm
best place(s) to farm the relics needed?
(didnt know Harrow HAD a prime

Currently Harrow Prime is in the vault, so best way to get him currently is from folk who are selling the BluePrints or cracking relics with folk who have them .

Harrow Prime is not in the vault, he was just released

Whoops, my mistake . Banshee and Mirage Primes were unvaulted recently , Harrow Prime is in the Prime Access bundles :D Missed that when I was answering the OP this morning, I blame a lack of coffee and the early hour ;)

At any rate finding a group of folk top go relic hunting / cracking with should still help with attaining Harrow Prime . That or trading for the blueprints :)
