how to get mesa prime if relics which drop her arent available anymore

Trade for her parts with another player (usually requires platinum to pay them), or wait for her to be unvaulted so you can go get her relics.

ok thanks got it, so is there a cycle when they vault certain frames and unvault others, if so, how long could it take for her to get back?

It's sadly not known how long it will take as (at least to my knowledge), there is no set pattern for unvaults. It could be as little as a few months up to a year or two (I think, still not sure on how long they stay vaulted for). Though Mesa Prime was vaulted at the end of 2020 if it makes you feel any better, so it's probably, PROBABLY, going to be sooner rather than later.

Though nothing really prevents you from farming other items currently available, selling them for platinum and saving for a Mesa Prime set from another player. It goes for around 80-90 platinum currently.

And no worries about questions, this is what this sub forum is for, after all ^^

I got many vaulted parts from simply playing a lot of fissures in random groups. Especially in longer endless runs people tend to toss in vaulted relics more freely if you ask nicely
