Unlink the old Warframe account from the Steam account to link it to the new one.

My Steam account linked to my old Warframe account, whose email and password I don't remember, since I haven't logged in to it for several years, I also don't have access to mail due to blocking the phone number to which it was linked. Does it make sense to write to the support service and ask them to delete the old account or untie it? I bought a character skin on Steam without knowing about it.
