Where to find Vulpaphylas? Particulaly Panzer Vulpaphylas.

Was searching new Biome on Deimos for quite some time. So far I have encountered tonns of dogs, but almost no Vulpaphylas. And in those rare occasions when I find local cats - they are either sly or crescent. I really want to have Panzer Vulpaphyla as a pet, but I just failing to find one in the wilds. Does anyone can give an advice about finding one?

Use the baits for em :) Theres one for call for the dogs and one to cause a rare one to spawn from the son

Managed to find panzer in the wilds. Right at the gates of Nekralisk.
