If you plan on keeping it I'd continue to reroll until you see a flat boost to all damage types. If not, it'll still fetch a nice price with those maxed stats. Well, if you can find a buyer for the riven anyway. Even with a Prisma variant out there it's still not that popular.
Modding is a basic mechanic that should be learned in full extend at the start of the game, this allows you to customize your weapons and warframes in terms of mechanics, how fast they attack, how much damage, what kind of damage,....
When you play the game (gameplay required here) you always lean towards some method of efficiency that no one and i mean no one knows other but yourself, this means we cannot guess what warframes, weapons and most of all the gameplay you have.
You are beyond the tutorial stage, you have a riven mod so you likely done quests and have some gameplay, so the question while it is common in the world of warframe, it's a tad odd, it's like the player is purposefully not attempting to learn the basics, but seeks the complementary mods such as rivens.
My sugestion is, before you even play a single mission, go back to the arsenal and check what mods actually do, otherwise you'll make that question in every single riven you get, as much as i like seeing 80 topics with the same question, i instead tell you how to fish and if you pardon my rudness but you should get on it asap.
It may sound weird to hear this, but your question is like someone who hasn't learned how to run in warframe, asking if a particular school of focus is good for the void dash or not, as you can see something doesn't add up.
You have gameplay that only you know, you played the game, so the question on "what do these 4 things do and if they benefit me?" makes no sense
The main problem with this mod... it's for the Skana. Else it's ok as it can easily replace an elemental damage mod. Unless you like to use the Skana / Dual Skana... I'd sell it.
