Way to increase luck

I doubt this is a bug that only happens to me but rn I'm doing the Jordans Precept , which requires me to build pherliac pods
I've been stuck on this mission for like 2-3 years because that same time ago I tried to do it and farmed juggernauts like crazy to try and get the ingredients for the damn thing
So far, including the ones I gave up on , I have gotten about 40 altogether and of all drops needed to build the pods ...
With the exception of one : The pulsating tubercles. Out of all of the juggernauts I've killed , NONE have dropped it
I came back to Warframe yesterday
Everywhere I look , they say I just have to kill juggernauts
So is there any way I can increase my luck?I've killed about 10 in the last half hour and still nothing .( Like mods or something)

Nekros maybe?
Or do some void fissures in missions against infested. At the very least you'll get some stuff for ducats.
