Warframe F.TextureDx9.cache is 15,872,009kb in file size?

when i analyzed my disk this file took the most KB
does this file have a affect on my pc? or is it something else making all my apps crash and giving me blue screens of death?

those are textures for warframe, only used by warframe.

BSOD is caused by major system flaw, or by hardware.
if you have a restore point for windows restore that is before BSOD started happening it is a safe bet to try it (with caution, read what windows restore does)
