Need confirmation on where to find the stance mod for nunchucks ("Atlantis Vulcan")

I've been regularly farming Casta on Ceres for 2 weeks, as that's the place people were recommending a year ago (according to my google search).
I cannot stand the map anymore, but couldn't find the mod yet.

Can anyone confirm that it is still dropped by guardsmen?
Or can you recommend a map where you got the mod recently (within the past month)?
