No, and past sheets were based off of personal observations rather than actual mechanics. It is extremely easy to determine where a target will be.
  1. Locate your target on the wiki.[warframe.fandom.com]
  2. Make note of its "base level". If it's a variant, make sure to use the base level listed in the variant info.
  3. Go to your star chart and locate a mission of the appropriate faction (and planet in case of variant) which has a minimum level range no lower than the base level of the target. For example, if your target's base level is 10, you want a displayed mission range of 10-15 or higher.
    • You can also often get by if the base level falls within the range. For example, if your base level is 10 and the mission is 9-12.
  4. Start the mission. If you did your homework, Simaris will screech at you. If not, try a slghtly higher node.
  5. Once you've identified the node, repeat it until you get all the targets.
