Easiest way to get the Mod Split Chamber?

So as the title says, Im looking for the Mod [Split Chamber] for my Rifle.
I've read something about T3 Defense Missions but I rly dont know what thats supposed to mean or which Map on what Planet is ment.
Anyone can help me with that?

My advice to you is to just buy it off a player, most players probably have a extra few laying around from random stuff because most people don't usually farm it on purpose. Split Chamber only costs 4p, which you can get from pretty much selling 1-2 primed parts.
