List of Solo vs. Co-Op Quests?

My boyfriend and I got Warframe to play together as a duo and it's getting annoying that some quests are solo and some are co-op. Is there a list somewhere of what's duo-able and what we should expect to have to solo?

Initially there are going to be some missions that are part of the story that have to be done alone but once they finish they will be able to play quietly in duo or even in groups of four, just have a little patience and try to enjoy the play calmly

After the early game almost everything will be able to be played coop. The exceptions will be if there is a big disparity between player quest and starmap progression, in which case trying to taxi the lower level player will fail if they haven't unlocked requirements for entry. The other exception is for main plot quests (such as second dream, war within, etc.)

If you just progress through the star chart together there will be a ton of content you can play coop and you are unlikely to run into anything solo.

You'll want to complete the solo quests anyway so do them too. Several (silver grove and sands of Inaros come to mind) have solo components, but require farming between quest missions you can share in coop to progress.

Almost all quests after and including The War Within (literally all Main quests but also some Side Quests) are Solo-Only. If you only want to play it with someone else and have zero interest playing it alone (my spouse is like that with this game), then once you get to The War Within, you'd better start looking at the Wiki to see what things are solo-only to avoid those ones, and focus on the side quests (or endless grinding if you enjoy that) for your enjoyment.
