How to get a better amp?

Ive recently done the war within quest and have recieved the mote amp from Onkko. Im mastery rank 8 yet i want to get a better one but people have told me the way of getting standing for the quills is by defeating eidolons. how????

Yeah, i managed to kill an eidolon with a party and have reached level 1, bought all the amp blueprints and now i just need to mine and fish abit more then i should have my first built amp, thank you all for responding.

Good to hear :) You won't be disappointed with your new Amp, even if it's the basic one with all T1 components. The difference between that and the Mote Amp is absolutely night-and-day. The amount of fishing and ining you need to do is not insignificant, though, so best of luck with that.

Fish oil comes from any fish, so you should just fish the ones you need, as for Cetus Wisps, easiest is to take a random warframe modded for loot radar, hop on archwing and fly over bodies of water and pick up any that you detect on radar.

Cetus Wisps are by far the most aggravating part of it, or were for me. Xazur has the right idea - grab all the loot detection you can and fly over shorelines hoping. I found a video on YouTube suggesting that it's usually simplest to do a run over Twin Horns lage and Gara Toth Lake, maybe run past the little ponds around them. Do that, leave, re-enter. If I recall, 2-4 Wisps spawn on the map with every visit, and I was consistently able to grab 1 or 2 of them per run doing this.

It seems to me like Wisps have predetermined spawn locations, rather than being able to spawn literally anywhere on the shoreline, and Twin Horns Lake has at least three of those, giving you a decent chane of running into at least one Wisp. It's mostly RNG, though, and I wouldn't recommend visiting ALL of the lakes on every run. That takes forever with how many there are.
