Where do you get the Nami Skyla prime blade parts?

Ive been having some trouble on neptune lately so I thought I should build a new weapon, where do you get the Nami Skyla blade parts in void relics?

Blueprint: Axi V7 - Common
Meso C3 - Common (V)

Blade: Axi N5 - Rare

Handle: Lith C2 - Common
Lith H1 - Uncommon (V)

Hope that helps.
Note: V means vaulted, you can't get the relics anymore but you can still trade for them and if you have one you can get the parts from it.
