All Systems Nominal
When i click on Analayze network in options, it tells me "All systems nominal, UPnP detected".

What exactly does this mean?

Is it a good thing that upnp is detected? If I disable the "Enable upnp" option, it will only say "All systems nominal"

I already forwarded the relevant ports.

Do I want the "enable upnp" option and the "enable nat-pmp" option set to on?

"nominal" = normal. Ok. Fine.

Yeah, you'd usually want uPnP and NAT-PMP turned on. They are just ways to... make things happen automatically without you needing to worry about it.
