Please ensure that your firewall permits UDP ports 4950 & 4955
So this issue is killing me, I spent hours for decision, and the only one I could find is to use VPN. So what I did using google A LOT:

1) I set up Static IP

2) Using that static IP I portforwarded every ports I needed and checked with program that they are actually open

3) I used different ports in game(and portforwaded them also)

4)I tried turning off D10 and dc11, Upnp on and off and other options still the same.

5) I even reinstalled system

But I am still getting this damn msg every time I log in and I can't play with my gf(she doesn't recieve my invites) plus tons of other issues.

Now I also wanna add... I played Warframe over 800 hours!! without any damn problem. The issue only started a month ago, when I returned to the game. Perhaps it's connected to RKH blocking(I am from Russia) but it's been quite long so I am not sure. I just wanna play and I have no idea what to do next :X...
I cannot pay for good VPN too, and the ones I used(even the premioum ones, DC me all the time(I had 2 DCs during boss on sortie on low hp twice in a row...)

If someone actually manage to help with good outcome, I'll gladly reward that guy with in-game goods.

Yes it is. So either use VPN or wait until they pull their head out of their ass - which is somewhat improbable. Time to write off some money for VPN as mandatory internet access requirement; decent will be about 50 USD per year so not a big deal.

You might be overengineering things.

You don't need to port-forward anything; Warframe "just works".

It's a globally accessible game; different regions have different clamps on internet access. Port blocking being a common way to achieve this; if your ports (or similar access/denial gates) are blocked by the exchange or further up the national level, I don't care how much WF "just works", it won't if it can't talk out to a wider world.

If they are port-blocked by something outside their control, in their own hardware, it's not overengineer to resort to a VPN, it's quite literally the pragmatic and appropriate solution.
