How to equip an Arcane to the Operator

So I got an Magus Husk Arcane.
I located it in the foundry where I can click on it to get
some information.This is a basic one that should give me +25 Armor
when equipped to the "Operator".There seems to be no other option
as to click on it to get some info and nothing more.
You cannot equip it from the foundry or can you ?

How many arcanes can you equip at the Operator ?
I found some statements on forums that you can equip arcanes
on your Helmet.
Quite confusing especially if there is no menu(other than the
warframe in the arsenal) where you have some feedback(two slots)

When I go to the arsenal it shows two open arcane slots but they are
for the Warframe and not for the Operator.
So no "equip the Arcane of your choice" Option at the arsenal.

How do I get this Magus Husk arcane equipped in the Operator so I get the
additional 25 Armor.Where do have to look and what buttons do I have to push ?

Go to the transference room. (the one with the big "chair" your operator sits in). Interact with the Operator and go to your equipment menu. You can equip them from there.

Press Esc > Operator > Equipment

There is no chair to sit down in my ship
There is a bridge where I can kneel before doing
navigation.
There are 3 door of which only one opens from
time to time when I am in the need of tumor surgery.
If there is is any interaction in this backward room
with 3 doors so I can sit down or open one of the doors
on my own please tell me.

If I press ESC I get:

Market
Communication
Quests
Profile
Options
Last Missions Results
Exit

And no, under Equipment there is also no Operator.
Is it in the upper left corner under "show Profile "?
