Depends wich Nikana you are building. There are Nikanas better suit for critical builds, others to status build. Most raw damage builds will not be strong enough against enemy resistences. By the looks of it, it is a Nikana to kill Corpus Crewman and I don't think it will be very effective in all the missions as a general weapon overall.

If you are using a normal Nikana, you might want to upgrade it to Dragon Nikana since it has better stats. Here is a decent Nikana build. Dragon Nikana, Nikana Prime, Zaw Nikana and spoilerSkiajati are superior if you want to use a Nikana type weapon.

Is this for nornal nikana or Dragon nikana?

Normal Nikana but you can use it for Dragon but there are better builds for it.
