Can't decide which build is better
Note: Those are critical builds with combo counter in mind.

Considerating that I do not have any alternate means to get more attack speed (like with Arcanes) in the present moment, keeping Berseker should be wise right?

gladiator might isn't that good (gladiator vice should be even better, so will be any other attack speed mod) and you cannot get no elem/IPS mod (so the 3rd build is out). If you can mash fast enough, the build with berserker is better.

And if you can't mash fast enough i'll be sanctimonious and tell you to git gud and to not use macro.

On a side not you may want to swap buzz kill for an elem mod. It nets slightly less damage but you may prefer to have another damage type. And there is primed fever strike.

Yeah, I've made some tests. Mashing fast enough might not even be the problem, keeping control over your aim on the enemy in the other hand can be very tricky with Berserker tho. You can easily fly through and lost track of your targets because of how fast attack animations are. Not to mention slide attacks. Gladiator vice is more manageable in that aspect but it does not give me the feel that I want. Both together is complete ridiculous, it just like nonstop Zoren copter.

I've tested it on lv 165 armored mobs in Simulacrum. Just a few hits with some slash procs are enough to kill them in a couple seconds. With a combo counter of 2X they will die very quickly, let alone if you keep attacking. At that point there is little noticeable difference between a critical damage modifier of 5.0 and 6.1. Also Attack Range doesn't seems to do anything at all on Nikanas. I can't tell any difference between the base attack range and the modded one.

I think that if I manage to get my hands on 2 fully upgraded Arcane: Strike I could completely dispose of Berserker or Gladiator Vice mods for attack speed and get one more free slot for extra damage or critical damage while keeping the first build. Maybe only 1 Arcane: Strike should sufice.

Anyways, even so, this weapon would be my best melee weapon for slash proc status + critical combo, but I don't think it would surpass my Zaw in critical scalling power:

With Blood Rush this baby can already red crit with a combo counter of 1.5. I wish I could get my hands in a good riven mod for it.
