Forgot Password but can't change it

So I tried going into Warframe but I forgot my password, so I tried making a new one but it doesn't even let me because too many attempt trying to reset my password, I mean it didn't even let me do it at all, I tried changing the password but the tab lost connection to the warframe server and then it said I attempted it too many times. I've been waiting for more than 1 hour and it still hasn't let me change my password. Help please.

Unless you can ask for new password or access the help desk. I don't think there is anything we can do. But i might be wrong.

If you're cabled un plug and replug after steam goes offline if wifi turn it off untill 0 friends same with cabled must be out of the game though

I've tried different web browsers, disabled add ons, different mobile devices, different everything and I am unable to change my password. Someone please help!

Alright, now I'm really angry, I think the account got deleted, I went to the email I had before and created a new account to see if it got deleted and I did and it made a new account from start. I'm extremely angry because I have over 100 hours on the game and I spent money for the game. If someone can explain why this is that would be greatful.

Should've left it alone for 48 hrs like the previous person said. The best thing to do is go submit a ticket to warframe support and leave the account alone and explain your situation to them in as much detail as possible.

you go to the website and search for support
