IM new to to the game, itll be very helpful if someone can help me get it. (tried buying in trade but there are so much spam massage and no one replied to me.

Dont waste your time with it now. Kubrows are a credit sink, your just wasting limited resources for stuff you dont need right now. Go get a carrier instead.

Also resources or normal blueprints are not tradeable.

Kubrows are very good but they need a reactor and a couple of forma to bring the best out of them. As you are new the above is good advice, wait until you get further into the game and then they'll be useful.

If you decide to get one you need the upgraded segment from the clan dojo, this reduces the decay and will stop them dieing on you.

Their BP can be bought on the market for credits.
I only find the Huras Kubrow to be useful for it's ability to cloak you when enemies are close.
Kavats are also very useful pets.
