Best way to get at least one Ayatan sculpture without weekly mission
So, since searching Google and Steam didn't help much yet, I want to enquire if it is really an option to farm an Ayatan sculpture/statue outside of this weekly mission on the market. I'm still playing with Volt (currently farming parts for other Warframes (got Rhino parts already), too, though, but still completing planets first) and Volt's by far not fast enough to get there in time in the last rooms (aside from a few things where I dunno if I need to get there without getting into a trap.)

So, my first question is:

Can you farm them quickly or fast in any way (not a guaranteed one needed) aside form doing that weekly mission or just doing missions at all like before? Is their spawn rate much higher on later planets so I'll maybe come across one as I progress? Currently, I've got access to Earth, Mars, Venus, Mercury and Phobos.

My second question is:

As soon as I'm in these rooms, where I have to get to the Ayatan treasure in time, am I allowed to touch any traps or laser and just need to get there in time before the doors closes or mustn't I touch any trap at all after I used the pressure plate to open the door? I'm just confused if my missions always failed since I were not fast enough or because I at least touched one laser at some point.

Big thanks in advance for clarifying both things.

1.
They spawn random, you can't really farm for them, ypu simply stumble across or not. Personally i got some during the daily Syndicate missions - you search in the whole map for the medallions anyway or lately when i played with friends they focused on the mission and i just searched the whole map with a scanner. But well unless you actually try to find them you won't find that many...

If your goal is the Endo than i suggest to play further through the starchart and farm at high level endless notes for it or unlock sorties (always good for endo).

The lasers are only meant to slow you down, they have no affect on the timer at all.

1. I don't know how to begin a Syndicate mission or even how to get standing, to be honest.

I don't know what sorties are, but I heard about it. And yes, I'm looking for Endo and have been doing Alerts to get it til now.

2. Alright, good to know. Also, are they likely to spawn in the Void missions? I came across three timer rooms in the Orokin Tileset til now, but never managed to get to the final room sadly. I really hope I didn't miss three sculptures this way.

And thanks for the fast reply :)

Their spawn rate is low no matter where. The only thing that changes at higher planets is different sculptures.

As for the best place to find them, that may require alot of trial and error on your part as people who know good places where they can turn up more frequently are probably not going to share it publicly (even if such a place exists). About the only thing that is known is that they can be found at the same place on the tileset where syndicate medals or those shiny blue orbs (forget name) you can scan will appear. If you know of a mission where you have many places where that orb can appear within the usual variations of the map, you can probably keep running that mission until a sculpture appears there. Frankly though, you're best off just playing the game.

As far as farming endo is concerned, excavation and survival missions are probably your best bet as you can get endo frequently from the first two rewards while also converting any common mods that drop.

As for treasure rooms, learning to bullet jump and learn the layout of the room is key. Some of the Corpus places on Venus are good for practicing long distance movements since they are wide open. If lasers continue to feel like a hinderance, consider making Rhino and make use of the ability that gives you a damage shield. This shield will prevent you from being staggered from crossing lasers.

The best place to farm them is syndicate missions (as they share thier spawns with meddalions) the easiest way to find them is get yourself a whip melle with reach/primed on it and spin thru the map or ignis with the range mod on it. Then equip a sentinel with vacuum and animal sense on it. If u see any loot left bh on your minimap, it's probably a sculpture. I could pick up 2-5 sculptures a week doing this on everyday missions based on 4 hrs of gameplay a day

Ill also confirm that sydicate missions is where i get most of mine. Its probably due to the fact that i put on thieves wit to extend my view range of cannisters/tokens etc as they also show up on the map as a little square.
Now this can be time consuming picking through an entire mission looking for them, but you can speed it up by using weapons like the Ignis ( with sinister reach for more range) , and using certain frames who can wipe out a bunch of containers over a large range. Personally i use Equinox in day mode 4 ability, if you set him up for max range you can pop containers 45m in all directions iirc.
Yesterday i got 4 sculptures in 9 missions, i usually get 1 sometimes 2 in 9 missions though.
