Nowhere. The Lith M1 Relic was one of the relics that dropped Mag Prime parts during her unvaulting back in June-July, and has been vaulted since Mag, Boar, and Dakra Primes were returned to the Prime Vault. At present, the only way to obtain this relic is by trading with another player for it, in which case it would probably be better to just trade directly for whichever of its drops you are looking for, since none of those drops are all that expensive currently.

Since Lex Prime is not currently vaulted (and probably never will be), there are other relics currently available that drop its parts. In the case of the Lex Prime Reciever, the Axi C1, E2, and N2 relics are all currently available and have said part as a common drop.

M1 doesn't exist. Get your receiver from Meso D2.
