Where to go for ash farming?

So ive been putting up asking for a while with the hopes that I will just find enough manics through regular play, but im curious if anyone farmed ash on one specific location
Yes, yes I know. The raids will definately drop him. But im not at the raid level yet, and I dont know when I will be. Where can I get fast manics?

Normal ash component blueprints drop from Manics

As the warframe wiki says:

The Manic will only spawn if the level's alarm is active, including missions where the alarm is active from the start (e.g. Excavation and Survival), and will announce its presence with loud, howling laughter.

Titania, Uranus, the location of the Tyl Regor Assassination, spawns multiple Drekar Manics and Manic Bombards during the boss encounter (at least 4 manics with one being a bombard, amount increases with additional players). However, note that Drekar Manics do not drop Ash Warframe part blueprints.

Uranus is a no go because they dont drop
Im looking for one location on a planet like saturn where people have had easier luck farming manics

Most easiest way to farm Ash is from LoR because manic spawn like lancer in that area. The problem lies in doing the raid itself. You can try your luck in finding the raid schoolbus discord channel. I'll dig it and post the channel here.
