Asking for Help : ERROR 10061 - Failed to connect to chat server

I would like to know if I am only one of the few people facing this peoblem? As I don't see other people concerning this error 10061.

For details, since I started playing this game I receive an error trying to connect to the chat server every 10-15 sec. The full error message is:
"Failed to connect to chat server: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
ERROR 10061"

I tried to open TCP-Port 6667, and shut down firewall. But these didn't work.

Did anyone fix this before and hopefully can you tell me how do you fix this? I feel so lonely.

I hope DE get the chat servers back online soon as i hope to do some Tower 3 void runs at some point and i'd rather do those with other users (once i get the keys anyway)

but when was the last time you can chat in-game? I started playing last week but I have never been able to connect to the server :/

I give up trying to make my chat working. This just doesn't make sense a game needs players to do all the messy port forwarding stuff by their own. UPnP, Port, Peer to Peer Bla bla bla such a waste of time trying to figure out what kind of problem I am even facing!

Stop telling me to add firewall port for 3960 and 3962. This is the easiest, dumbest thing to be done at first. I have even tried to uninstall my third party anti-virus and turned off the window firewall just in case the anti-virus is bugged.

Such a good and play-worthy game, but a big stupid rock step stopper in front of the gate.

well DE gives 0 ♥♥♥♥♥ about you or if u ccan chat or play. they only care about selling plat. DE are gold farmers pretending to be game devs, smh makes me sick knowing there canadian like me.
