Pure white screen

Whenever I try to go into a mission, I can see nothing but an entirely white screen. I can move around and do all the normal things, I just can't see myself doing them. Can somebody please help?

I had a similar problem except the screen was all black. I fixed it by opening up the task manager, minimizing, and then maximizing the game through that. I don't know if it will work for you, but it may be worth a shot.

That did not work, but I did fiddle with some of the visual options and the screen went normal. Thanks for your advice though :)

What did you do? I have this problem. People have said turn on bloom but my game recognizes I'm on a laptop and won't let me.
