DINSA, ministry of defence, Are trying to piggy back a connection via warframe.
This conserns the west and northern europe regions, Today i got a disturbing catch in passive firewall program which i use mainly to view the in and out going connections, the Peerblock; during the mission with a friend(from Finland, we are both Finnish) i started getting following connection attempts: DINSA, Ministry of Defence with a destination IP of 25.112.86.12 ports 3962 and 3960. Take a notice of the ports, they are the very same as used by warframe, which is troubling :S considering their past with the attitude of not giving ♥♥♥♥♥ about what they do and to whom.

OR then this just could be all hot air for nothing, and warframe devs have leased data center capacity from the DINSA or something like that, but still freaked me out, considering it stopped progress being saved, and had alot of spammed connections. Any one got any similar things happen to them with warframe and DINSA?

Are you using Hamachi? Disabling the Hamachi network adapter might fix it. In win7 search "view network connections" in the start menu.
i have never used hamachi, on this Rig. though the thing popped up after steam wallet purchase(was part of the victims of that fiasco)
