Yes it was pertty easy to see they were homing... Hmm... This makes sense we give a poisonous homing missiles to infestation mob what can already one hit kill you. Yeap tons of sense (Yes I know there is frost damage mods) That poison is ridiculously over powered remove the poison damage and add stagger + to deal instantly about 50 to 100 shield damage that would be OK to me since there will be tons of other infestation mobs on the field.
To be fair, its completely up to the player(s) whether to clear the area of mobs before the fight or not. Second, there are ways to cheat death from this frame. I'll use the frame that is designed for Infestation killing as an example. Ember can time the cast of Overheat with the impact of the projectiles in order to become invulnerable the moment it hits. Not sure if the damage can actually be reduced sufficiently by the same skill as my timing had always been spot on.
Poison is the only thing what is a bit too good. If that would be replaced just like I suggested or player gets rooted on place and receives shield damage that would be enough.
Overheat works fine even if you initiate it before they hit..
@Esus
And Phorid cant get under the stairs leading down to the big boss chamber,..
so one could fight him from there too ;)
