I can't play game because update failed ,How can I fix it?

Not work.also it said updates failed as soon as I open game launcher,Like game launcher not try to update anything. D=

then you gotta clear the game cache.. when the launcher is open click on the gear at the top right.. a small window will appear.. click clear ! and then it will resit the game! i hope it works

This solution, for now (donloading right now the update), works.

Here too. I HATE this game. Removed from steam after 3 days of tries!!! One of the worst I have ever downloaded. In a lucky way, is a free-to-play.

Not working for me... Update failed, been trying 5 hours.

Other facts:
-verify game cache function finds 255 corrupt files, redownloads them, which doens't help at all.
-clearing cache from settings inside launcher also doesn't help.

No idea the problem here, but it's a big one.

i know it really sucks! but can you tell me what system are you using?
like its wierd! some people do have a problem, while many others don't! i think it have something to do with you! maybe try and admit a tickt for the game team? on their official website?

i have a thought maybe it's not that good thing. but, open internet explorer before you start the launcher and don't close it! maybe it could work! because there' few problems like for example login failur it's solved just by opening internet explorer

I rarely close IE, so that's not it. I'm connected to the singapore server of Steam, that might be a problem. Other than than, Steam works great I have over 200 games... internet works great also.
