Lanka vs Snipetron?

Does anyone know how they fare against each other?

lanka has 150 higher damage than the regular snipetron, has innate serrated blade damage, has 10 round mag, and has a faster reload. It fires a projectile that has travel time and needs to charge before firing each shot. Has no polarities
Requires clan research, 20 gallium, and a forma to build

Snipetron has 100 damage. It has innate armor pierce damage. Has a 4 round mag and has a slow reload. It is hitscan so there is no projectile travel time. Has one V polarity
Blueprints are impossible to obtain at the moment

Snipetron might be good for low-mid level missions, since the shots have no travel time and no charge time, but Lanka beats it due to sheer power.

Lanka hits harder, has a larger magazine, the charge is manageable with a speed trigger thrown on, travel time is still pretty low, and its serrated blade damage means that it can literally slice enemies in half when killed (increased fun factor!). The only real downside is the Mastery level 7 requirement, and the craftng material costs.

Thank you, and I do have a snipetron but I also happend to have a forma, hence, me asking the question, but now I know and I will build myself one, just to see how it's.

Thank you for all the information, I'm a sniper type of a gamer and love to do sniping so the Lanka would be awesome, and yes I missed out the Snipetron Vandal which made me sad for a very long time.
