1999 sucks

If 1999 had been part of the game when I started Warframe in 2013...I definitely wouldn't have played it to this day. I think 1999 is a sobering sign for me to put Warframe aside for good. Motorcycles that bounce and spin? Protagonists look like manga characters made flesh. This is no longer the style that made Warframe so special. Somehow it even kills the whole immersion of the Warframe universe for me. It's a damn shame that I have to say that. Overall, some weird design decisions were made. The story is also totally confusing and doesn't really explain anything. 1999 doesnt make Warframe better in any way ! What do you think ? What is good about 1999 ??

Okay i gave 1999 another chance and it's not really complete crap, with the manga comparisons, i was a bit over it too. My first impression (BoyGroupMusic) was just too bad, I still don't get it with the motorcycles... in the end I found a motorcycle in the store that looks something like what I imagine for warframe. it only costs 150P ;) something like that. especially those totally superfluous and annoying chats beep beeep beeep beeep with random uninteresting small talk I still find really pfrghy. So I have to admit... 1999 sucks, but only a little. Sorry if I offend anyone with my slight change of opinion...

You're actually a clown. positive and negative feedback are useful to create a better product. Glazing slop because you lack the brain function to think independently is a mental health issue that you have and is plaguing entertainment these days.

If you don't like their opinion, why do you feel the need to respond? Insecure much, because again you lack the ability of independent thought.

1999 is a legit garbage update, wipe the smuck off your face and stop living off benefits.

Well, I don't like the style and don't think 1999 is innovative at all. Shooting through narrow streets on a pinball motorcycle? A normal motorcycle that magically bounces through the area like a parkour runner? The same pattern as always, nothing new. I already didn't like talking to Bambi, Nemo and Bibo in the main game...but I figured okay, it's a nod to our mythology. And NOW ?! 1999 hipsters on bikes ? I got to the base and there's boy band music playing !?!? At least if the bikes didn't have wheels... where's the innovation ? I just don't like the latest changes. I'd like everything to be darker and more Deimos, I'd like wacky imaginative machines and architecture, not shooting through an ordinary 90s city on a motorcycle like a pinball. Warframe was a lot of fun, but somehow it's just not my world anymore. Have fun everyone else! I make a few waves every now and then, but that's it. No hate, no trolling, it's a matter of taste. I think it's just sad, that's why I had to vent, hence the post

(you could have spiderbots you could ride, even vertical wall climbing... vertical Maps where you die if falling...etc...innovation......maybeeeee??? Even I can create something more innovative for sure...........I think THEY could do waaaay better !!!)

If you are new to the game, there is a brightness option. Just turn it down, could try as dark as a 100% totally black screen.

I'd prefer it brighter tho, can't see shet with too much darkness.

theres like a metric fk ton of stuff todo in warframe, you could play non-stop for a few thousand hours and not participate in 1999 and you wouldnt get bored. (dont like the content dont play it, I dont like Karl missions, so I dont do em and I miss nothing)
