1999 sucks

If 1999 had been part of the game when I started Warframe in 2013...I definitely wouldn't have played it to this day. I think 1999 is a sobering sign for me to put Warframe aside for good. Motorcycles that bounce and spin? Protagonists look like manga characters made flesh. This is no longer the style that made Warframe so special. Somehow it even kills the whole immersion of the Warframe universe for me. It's a damn shame that I have to say that. Overall, some weird design decisions were made. The story is also totally confusing and doesn't really explain anything. 1999 doesnt make Warframe better in any way ! What do you think ? What is good about 1999 ??

Okay i gave 1999 another chance and it's not really complete crap, with the manga comparisons, i was a bit over it too. My first impression (BoyGroupMusic) was just too bad, I still don't get it with the motorcycles... in the end I found a motorcycle in the store that looks something like what I imagine for warframe. it only costs 150P ;) something like that. especially those totally superfluous and annoying chats beep beeep beeep beeep with random uninteresting small talk I still find really pfrghy. So I have to admit... 1999 sucks, but only a little. Sorry if I offend anyone with my slight change of opinion...

Aside from bike controls feeling like steering a giant pinball at times, update overall felt pretty nice.
It was fun. Characters are interesting and worth investing into. I am looking forward to playing more, for first time since around 2020-21 tbh.

I will admit, i am glad i am done with Duviri. I physically cannot bring myself to try some more.


Hopefully we get railjack content expanded in future. Along with some more meat on old open world zones.

1999 Rocks

If 1999 had been part of the game when I started Warframe in 2013... I would have been hooked even sooner, and I'd still be playing it to this day. 1999 is a bold and refreshing sign that Warframe continues to evolve in exciting ways. Motorcycles that bounce and spin? Absolutely thrilling. Protagonists that look like manga characters brought to life? It's a brilliant, stylized direction that adds fresh personality to the game. This is an incredible evolution of the style that made Warframe so unique. It somehow expands and enriches the immersion of the Warframe universe for me.

I can't help but admire how daring and creative the design choices are here. The story, while mysterious and complex, adds to the intrigue, encouraging players to dig deeper. 1999 doesn’t just improve Warframe—it redefines what makes the game special for a new generation.

The War Within and New War was the peak. Warframe has gone downhill fast since the Void War Saga and Duviri Paradox was just bad protype test for Soulframe.

i think this is great expansion exept for 1 thing, this missions are way too short, by the time you enter map that 3 guys are running, you might aswell ride with bike to end goal and move on to next mission without killing anything, only to find out you are joining to another same situation again and again >.<, bounty missions lenght are WAY TOO SHORT
or mayby they developers didnt count how strong players are and they made game too easy
